Senior Planning Analyst

OneSparQ is looking for a Senior Planning Analyst in Thomasville, NC

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, demand planning, scheduling, inventory planning, or a related supply chain function.
• Experience working with production schedules, inventory requirements, demand forecasts, purchasing, and/or material planning.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand, supply, inventory, capacity, lead times, and production scheduling.

Additional Skills: (not required)

• Bachelor's degree very strongly preferred - Must have much more experience without one
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
• Experience planning at the SKU/product level

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and budget goals
• Develop and adjust inventory, purchasing, and production plans
• Forecast short- and long-term supply needs
• Monitor production orders and expedite orders when necessary
• Track critical vendor shipments and imports
• Issue purchase requisitions for assigned product categories
• Review weekly PPRs and use them to project/manage incoming product
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports
• Identify and support process, system, and operational improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams on planning and production needs
• Evaluate cost, feasibility, and regulatory considerations for projects
• Balance customer service, capacity, inventory, and financial objectives
