We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and support to individuals experiencing homelessness in a facility-based respite setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide CNA-level care and support to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic health monitoring
• Monitor client well-being and promptly communicate any concerns
• Document client interactions, observations, and services provided
• Work closely with support staff and program leadership
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Assist with daily program operations and unit flow
• Participate in required trainings and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Active Kentucky CNA certification required
• Previous experience with vulnerable, high-needs, or underserved populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in challenging situations
• Comfortable working in a community-based homeless services environment
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full weekend schedule
