Job Description
Care Team is seeking Experienced CNA, HHAs for a Private Duty Case in Thonotosassa not far from Brandon/Seffner area. Monday thru Friday 9a-12p flex schedule. Patient is a Smoker.
Applications accepted Monday thru Friday 9a-4p in our Tampa Office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to patients in their home.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Meal Prep and light house keeping.
- Must be able to tolerate patient that is a Smoker
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Flexible Schedules
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
