QA Technician

We are seeking a QA Technician to support quality assurance across manufactured products, software applications, laboratory samples, and production processes. This role performs testing, inspections, documentation, and analysis in accordance with ISO 9001, FDA regulations, GMP requirements, and internal quality standards. The QA Technician works closely with quality, production, engineering, laboratory, operations, and process teams through automated test execution, routine measurements, scheduled laboratory testing, and production-line quality checks, with opportunities to advance into senior, engineering, supervisory, or specialized compliance roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review automated tests and perform manual testing activities.
• Design test cases and conduct regression testing.
• Perform quality inspections, routine measurements, laboratory testing, and production-line quality checks.
• Track, document, and report defects using established defect-tracking systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective quality actions.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, technical records, and test reports.
• Calibrate testing and inspection equipment as required.
• Support compliance audits and adherence to ISO 9001, FDA, GMP, and internal quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance testing.
• Associate degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification.
• Experience with manual testing, test case management, and defect-tracking systems.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, statistical process control, and quality management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
