CNA, HHA, DCW

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or HHA to provide personalized, non-medical care to clients in their homes, including individuals living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and respectful, patient support for clients living with dementia.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safe mobility.
• Document care provided and communicate changes or concerns to the agency.
• Follow each client’s care plan while protecting their dignity, privacy, and independence.

Requirements

• CNA certification or documented HHA training.
• At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
• Experience caring for clients living with dementia.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a dependable work ethic.
• Own reliable transportation to travel to client homes throughout Chester County.
