Job Description:
We are seeking 2 RBTs to provide 1:1 behavioral and educational support to kindergarten students in a self-contained elementary school classroom.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to an assigned student
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans
- Support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
- Assist with classroom routines and activities
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or special education setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide consistent 1:1 student support
Schedule: Full-Time, school hours
Assignment: ASAP through Winter Break, with potential for extension based on school needs.
