Bilingual Recruiter - Staffing Experience Required

Job Description

Staff-Force Personnel Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our Oklahoma City team.

The ideal candidate must have previous staffing agency experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in available positions.
• Manage high-volume recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, clerical, and light industrial positions.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in recruiting systems.
• Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and employee updates.
• Follow up on employee attendance, assignments, and job performance.
• Meet daily and weekly recruiting and placement goals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach.

Required Qualifications

• Previous staffing agency recruiting experience is REQUIRED.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing positions preferred.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruiting deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
