Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: my 90-year-old Dad is not able to walk, he is a diabetic. His mind is super sharp, however my mother is too frail to help get him in and out of the bed, as well her memory isn't that sharp and she is not following his medication routine. About the care needs: we live 3 hours away from my parents, looking for someone that is kind and patience as well as trained. this care is also providing a piece of mind for our family. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
