Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an exceptional healthcare network for a contract-to-hire Patient Registration role in the Avon, IN area!
Responsibilities
- Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
- Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
- Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
- Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
Requirements
- Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!
Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (Overnight after daytime triaining)
Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
