Job Title:  Licensed Property & Casualty CSR - REMOTE

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Schedule & Training

Regular Schedule: Shifts M-F 12pm - 8:30pm or 1:30pm – 10pm

Training: 7 weeks - 10 - 6:30pm EDT

Pay

• Training: $17/hour
• After Training / Production: $18.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

Licensed Agents will be handling inbound calls providing support for customers of Service Department.

This will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Customer inquiries about rate/discount questions
• Billing questions
• Completing and sending documents to customers such as ID cards
• Policy cancellations/updates
• Adding or removing drivers/vehicles to policy
• Address updates
• General coverage or policy questions

This is NOT a sales position

Work from Home Requirements:

• Internet Requirements:
• Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 30.0 Mbps
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 10.0 Mbps
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
