Road Warrior Staffing is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate in El Cajon, California, to support a growing HVAC distribution operation. This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will receive and organize HVAC materials, pick and prepare customer orders, load and unload trucks, and help maintain accurate inventory and a clean, safe warehouse. Candidates with HVAC, construction, or sit-down forklift experience are encouraged to apply.

This position offers $20.00 per hour, weekly pay, a consistent Monday–Friday day shift, and weekends off, with the opportunity for long-term employment.

Schedule and Pay
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
Pay Frequency: Weekly.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Weekends: Off.
Employment: Full-time, with long-term opportunity.

Duties

Receive, inspect, stock, and organize HVAC materials and warehouse inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment or delivery.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment and safe handling practices.
Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and related warehouse tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements.
Pay close attention to order accuracy, product handling, and inventory details.
Work cooperatively with warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Previous warehouse experience required.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical warehouse duties.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in HVAC distribution, construction supply, or a related industry.
Sit-down forklift operating experience.
Familiarity with warehouse inventory, order picking, packing, shipping, or receiving.
Strong organizational skills and a dependable work ethic.

Sit-down forklift experience is a plus but is not required.
