• Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to resolve compliance concerns, implement lasting improvements, and reinforce continuous readiness.
• Oversee the review and submission of organizational policies and procedures so documentation remains current, consistent, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Support readiness efforts related to accreditation changes and evolving compliance requirements while maintaining focus on survey success and sustained adherence.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting activities and compliance monitoring processes to help the organization maintain strong standing with oversight agencies.• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare accreditation, or a closely related hospital compliance leadership function.

• Experience conducting site surveys, tracers, gap analyses, and corrective action follow-up within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional clinical and operational teams to resolve findings and improve compliance outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation, reporting materials, and regulatory responses.
• Familiarity with public health regulatory expectations; experience with the Illinois Department of Public Health is preferred.
• Exposure to Epic software is helpful, along with strong organizational and project coordination skills.
