• Record financial activity in the accounting system and help keep books and supporting documentation accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Create and enter journal entries, monitor general ledger activity, and support the integrity of core accounting records.
• Complete reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and investigate variances to ensure accounts are properly stated.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close by preparing schedules, verifying transactions, and helping meet reporting deadlines.
• Assist in producing financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements, and review data for accuracy and consistency.
• Research accounting issues and resolve discrepancies by working closely with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
• Support audit readiness by gathering requested documentation and helping maintain effective accounting procedures and internal controls.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, or earlier-career experience supported by substantial internships or hands-on accounting exposure.
