Job Title: Operator 1 – Packaging Operations

Location: Woburn, MA 01801
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $21/hour on W2
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Training: First shift for 4 weeks, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Operator to support the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of medical products. The candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, label, and package finished products according to established procedures.
• Perform quality checks and remove defective products or packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and inventory counts.
• Perform routine cleaning of workstations and equipment.
• Follow safety, PPE, gowning, and contamination-control requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of industry work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
