Direct Hire -- Fully Onsite

$85,000 to $110,000

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with 5+ years of full cycle, high-volume payroll processing experience. Must have experience with ADP Workforce Management and ADP Workforce Now.

 

Responsibilities for the Senior Payroll Specialist:

• Responsible for processing exempt and non-exempt payroll for 500+ EE
• Handle the regular payroll, overtime, bonuses, commissions, adjustments and final checks
• Responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, reviewing and auditing timecards, payroll registers and payroll reports
• Responsible for the multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Reconcile payroll, benefit deductions, 401K contributions and payroll liabilities
• New hires, terminations, garnishments and manual checks
• Handle payroll journal entries and payroll GL reconciliations
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

 

Requirements for the Senior Payroll Specialist:

• BA/BS in Acct/Finance and 5+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience
• Experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ EE
• 2+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Management (WFM)
• Advanced Excel (vlookup/pivot tables/formuals)
• Hands-on role requiring strong ADP experience, payroll compliance and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certified Payroll Professional or Fundamental Payroll Certification is highly preferred
