Late Night Line Cook / BOH Kitchen ($15-$17/hour)

As a Line Cook / BOH Kitchen employee, you will be apart of our kitchen crew! You will ensure that our food gets to our guests promptly and with a smile. Line Cook / Back of house Kitchen Responsibilities:

• Consistently plate (from scratch) food items
• Keep areas cleaned, restocked and organized
• Be a leader in guest interaction and service while making orders
• Train and aid your team during rushes 
• Lead a line and coordinate tickets to ensure standards are met
• Encourage your team to be the best in their position
• Maintain a positive and fun restaurant environment
