Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days (0700–1930) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care to patients on a medical/surgical unit across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups
• Perform and document care planning, vital signs, medication administration, and monitoring of physiological changes
• Address psychosocial needs of patients and adapt care to age-related emotional and cognitive considerations
• Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary personnel within their scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations in a medical/surgical setting
