Commissioning Manager

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Commissioning Manager search in the Youngstown, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead commissioning and field service activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established budgets.
\n
• Coordinate field service engineering resources and technician schedules, assigning the appropriate personnel to each project.
\n
• Manage customer communications throughout commissioning and service projects, providing regular updates on project status, progress, issues, and required actions.
\n
• Coordinate customer troubleshooting support by phone or remote visual platforms when technicians are unable to respond immediately.
\n
• Monitor commissioning budgets and communicate additional scope, site conditions, and purchase order modifications to customers as needed.
\n

Key Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
\n
• Experience in project management, technical support, or field service management, preferably involving industrial equipment
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills
\n
