The Role

• Work alongside Bankruptcy Experts: Work on complex Bankruptcy across Manhattan and beyond; with matters involving major financial institutions and distressed assets
\n
• Take an active role in Case Strategy and Document Preparation: Including motions, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
\n
• Support High-Stakes Litigation and Reorganization efforts: Contribute to courtroom preparation and representing clients in bankruptcy court under the guidance of senior attorneys.
\n
