- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including power washing and general labor activities, to support HVAC maintenance projects.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and materials, and help maintain tools, cleaning equipment, and service vehicles in good working order.
- Document all work performed through detailed service reports, including before-and-after photos and accurate job notes.

Why Work Here?
You join a team that values safety, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship while providing meaningful work that improves indoor environments for customers. The organization supports a team-first culture where collaboration, communication, and mutual respect are central to daily operations. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, including tasks at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts, as well as work in confined spaces when required.
