True Progress Therapy is hiring! We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy to a child in Howell, New Jersey.

Position Details

• Location: Howell, NJ

• Setting: In-home ABA therapy

• Schedule: Flexible, based on case requirements and your availability

• Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week for the full-time schedule; part-time availability may also be considered

• Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child in a home setting

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document session data accurately

• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills

• Follow behavior intervention plans and established clinical guidelines

• Communicate and collaborate with the BCBA and the client's family

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation to the Howell, NJ area

• Ability to complete the required background check

• Dependability, patience, and a genuine interest in working with children

Previous ABA experience is preferred, but candidates who meet the certification requirements and are eager to grow in the field are encouraged to apply.
