Bilingual Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking)

Position: Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Spanish Speaking
Pay: $25 to $28 per hour as a BT | $28 to $33 per hour as an RBT, plus bilingual pay and bonus opportunities
Location: In home and in school (we come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full time and part time available, 15 to 40 hours per week based on what YOU want
Start Date: As soon as possible. We can’t wait to meet you!

Why Your Spanish Matters Here

Many of the families we serve speak Spanish at home. When a child’s therapist speaks their family’s language, parents understand the treatment, take part with confidence, and help their child practice new skills every day. Bilingual BTs and RBTs are some of the most important people on our team, and we pay extra for that skill.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing fun, high quality one on one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes and schools

• Following treatment plans created by our supportive BCBAs

• Communicating with Spanish speaking parents and caregivers so the whole family is part of the progress

• Tracking progress with easy to use data systems (we’ll train you!)

• Bringing the energy, compassion, and care that makes a lifelong difference

What You Bring

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken; reading and writing Spanish is a plus)

• RBT certification or a desire to work as a BT. Certification is not required to start.

• A love for working with children

• A positive, team first attitude

• Reliable transportation

• High school diploma or higher, and the ability to pass a background check
