This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and develop a foundation for a career in behavioral health and child services.

Behavior Technicians provide direct support to children and families by implementing individualized ABA treatment programs under the guidance of the clinical team. Through structured, evidence-based interventions, technicians help clients strengthen communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavioral outcomes and greater independence.

Services are provided primarily in clients' homes and community-based environments according to individual treatment needs. Typical sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with flexibility based on client needs and employee availability.

Compensation: $20–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants.
