What You'll Do

Guest Experience and Operations

• Own the guest experience end to end, setting and holding the standard for hospitality across every service moment
• Lead daily operations in partnership with your management team
• Ensure consistency in food, beverage, and service quality on every cover
• Partner with the marketing team on events, activations, and brand initiatives
• Maintain full compliance with sanitation, safety, and local regulations

Financial Performance

• Drive sales while managing labor and food and beverage costs in line with budget targets
• Oversee payroll processing, weekly scheduling, and cash handling compliance
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance and use the data to make smart operational decisions

Team Leadership and Development

• Build, develop, and lead a team that reflects the values and energy of this concept
• Foster a culture that is inclusive, respectful, and genuinely fun to be part of
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning at every level
• Champion strong communication and collaboration between FOH, BOH, and management
