FIELD BASED - FULL TIME

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Current rotating shifts include:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM 1:30PM - 10:00PM (end time varies based on job)
• Employees may be assigned to a rotating schedule based on operational needs and team coverage

HTM Services specializes in junk removal, tree services, roll-off dumpster rentals, environmental cleaning, and street sweeping.

We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing physical work, and contributing to a team that takes pride in delivering quality service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform large-scale residential and commercial junk removal.

• Assist with firewood packaging and deliveries.

• Perform environmental cleaning services, including storm drain cleaning.

• Assist with roll-off dumpster deliveries and related operations.

• Complete dump runs and material disposal assignments.

• Clean and maintain worksites, offices, and yard areas.

• Physically load and unload materials, debris, equipment, and other items onto trucks or roll-off containers.

• Assist with light demolition of structures and unwanted items.

• Assist with storage organization and material handling.

• Follow assigned work instructions and maintain safe, organized work areas.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Valid driver's license required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

• Comfortable performing physical labor.

• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• PAY: $23.50 Hourly

• Weekly pay

• Medical and dental coverage available with employee contribution; eligibility begins after four weeks averaging 20 or more hours per week

• 80 hours of annual PTO
