About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor cost management
• Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and health code compliance
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic reporting
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
