About the Role:
As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of ABA experience with kids

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

• Ability to pass background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $22 - $28/hour

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
