About this job
Job Description
Looking for steady, meaningful work close to home? Top Penguin ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician / RBT for a one-on-one case with a child in the Linwood area, a short drive from Somers Point: school-day sessions plus home sessions weekdays 4-6pm, more hours available.
What you'll do: work one-on-one with one child, running their ABA program and helping them build everyday skills, communication, and independence.
Schedule: school-day sessions plus home sessions weekdays 4-6pm (more hours available).
Pay: $30-35/hr.
Why Top Penguin ABA:
- Supervision and support from our BCBA, Erin, who is hands-on and easy to reach
- A small team where you're known by name, not a number
- A consistent schedule with the same child, so you can see real progress
RBT certification and ABA experience are a plus. If you're reliable, patient, and love working with kids, we'd like to hear from you. Apply today.
