Behavior Tech (BT) Key Responsibilities:

            •           Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA to address each client’s specific needs and goals.

            •           Provide one-on-one support using ABA techniques such as discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching, and behavior management strategies.

            •           Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behaviors using provided tools.

            •           Assist clients in developing functional skills across key areas, including communication, social skills, self-care, and independent living.

            •           Promote a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages client participation and independence.

            •           Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review client progress and make necessary adjustments to the intervention strategies.

            •           Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing updates on progress and sharing important information.

            •           Take part in ongoing training and professional development to further your ABA knowledge and skills.

Behavior Tech (BT) Qualifications:

            •           Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement behavior plans, and accurately document data.

            •           Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to different settings, such as homes, schools, or community locations.

            •           Strong commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

            •           Patience, empathy, and dedication to supporting individuals in reaching their goals.

            •           We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply, fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
