Position Summary

As a Youth Development Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of the youth we serve. You’ll work directly with children and teens, fostering a safe, fun, and engaging environment that promotes learning, personal growth, and positive relationships. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Plan, lead, and supervise engaging activities that align with our mission to inspire and empower youth.
• Build positive, supportive relationships with club members to encourage their growth and development.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Serve as a role model, demonstrating respect, responsibility, and leadership.
• Collaborate with other team members to create and implement innovative programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience working with youth in a professional or volunteer setting.
• Is passionate about youth development and making a positive impact.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with kids, teens, and colleagues.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
