Food & Beverage / Restaurant Managers Miami Beach

About the Role:

As a Food and Beverage/Restaurant Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor while also managing the administrative side of operations. You'll support all aspects of service, team development, and guest relations - while ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of management experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive results
• Payroll processing and labor management 
• Staff scheduling and forecasting 
• Inventory control and ordering 
• End-of-day reporting and cash handling
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, polished, and composed under pressure
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage (Italian/Mediterranean a plus)
• Flexible schedule - nights, weekends, and holidays required
