Highball Social Club is bringing a fresh, exciting restaurant concept to the scene, and we’re looking for talented, energetic Bartenders to join our opening team!

We’re creating a fun, social atmosphere where great drinks, excellent service, and memorable guest experiences come together. If you love the craft of bartending, enjoy connecting with guests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you behind our bar!

What You’ll Do

• ???? Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
  
  
• Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere while delivering exceptional guest service.
  
  
• Maintain knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, wines, beers, and daily specials.
  
  
• Take orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
  
  
• Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during high-volume service.
  
  
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, syrups, and other bar ingredients before and during service.
  
  
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
  
  
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate shortages to management.
  
  
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  
  
• Verify guest identification and comply with applicable alcohol service laws.
  
  
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth operations.
  
  
• Contribute to a positive team culture and help make our opening a success.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience required  
  
  
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
  
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  
  
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  
  
• Comfortable handling cash, operating POS systems, and processing payments.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  
  
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
  
• Required alcohol service certification, or willingness to obtain it as required by applicable law.
