Tired of feeling like you’re on an island? At Behavioral Milestones, we pair naturalistic, play-based therapy for the client with a team culture that actually keeps you connected. We’re looking for seasoned RBTs who are ready to trade "rigid programs" for creative, real-world engagement.

The Perks (Why You’ll Love It)

• ???? Monthly Bonus Program: A rewarding monthly bonus program for our dedicated frontline clinicians.
• ???? Regular Virtual Gameshows: We host frequent team events with Cash Prizes! Work hard, play hard, and win together.
•  ???? Top-Tier Pay: We value your 2+ years of experience and pay accordingly.
•  ???? Better Supervision: Real, in-person BCBA support. We actually listen to your clinical feedback.
•  ???? Creativity First: Embed goals into a game of tag, a family meal, or a trip to the park. No "tiny table" flashcards.
•  ???? Growth Path: Clear opportunities to level up your career in a fast-growing agency.

What You’ll Do

• The "Play" Expert: Turn everyday moments into high-impact learning opportunities for the client.
• The Data Pro: Collect accurate data without breaking the natural flow of the session.
• The Collaborator: Work closely with supervisors and families to ensure functional, real-world success.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 2+ years of in-home ABA experience (Required).
• Creative: You see every environment from the living room to the grocery store as a classroom.
• Persistent: You value high clinical standards and love implementing supervisor feedback to grow.
