About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RBT to join our team in Gibsonville, North Carolina. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver individualized treatment plans to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collecting data and maintaining accurate records of client progress

• Providing positive reinforcement and supports to enhance client learning and behavior

• Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans

• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and related disorders

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

• Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program

• Current RBT certification

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
