What You'll Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play an important role in helping keep production running safely and efficiently.

Daily Responsibilities:

🔹 Operate manufacturing and production equipment

🔹 Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility

🔹 Inspect products to ensure quality and production standards are met

🔹 Assist with machine setup and basic equipment adjustments

🔹 Measure materials and finished products using tape measures and other tools

🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

🔹 Support production goals while following safety and quality procedures

🔹 Cross-train throughout multiple departments to develop new skills and increase earning potential

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, construction, landscaping, or general labor

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment

Experience using hand tools and measuring tools

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

Team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
