Forklift Operator / Material Handler - $19/hr - Tamarac, FL

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators / Material Handlers for a growing manufacturing company in Tamarac, FL. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates with warehouse and forklift experience who are looking for stable work, consistent hours, and room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Pick and stage materials for production orders
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory and material locations
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or order picking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus
• SAP experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and good attendance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tamarac, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.76 - $19.76/hr.
