**Job Description** The Strategic Analytics & Adoption team is seeking an experienced people manager to lead within Oracle Health Strategic Consulting Services team is seeking a Manager over Adoption Consultants. This manager will be responsible for people management, partner program, practice outcomes, and organizational development. Our Adoption Consulting Manager plays a critical role in maximizing customer and caregiver value. This position will be responsible for the oversight, leadership, and development of Adoption Consultants to meet team and organizational goals. The manager will build, lead, and maintain a motivated and high-performing team through effective leadership. This position will manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate. As a leader on the team, they will analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved. Adoption Consulting engagements drive increase in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adoption. This manager will use their communication skills to create alignment with internal and external stakeholders. This manager will lead and deliver against core organizational initiatives. They will have strong business acumen ensuring utilization trends meet organizational expectations. The position may also include Adoption Consultant work with clients that will ebb, and flow based on team size. This position will travel 25% of the time (or less). Career Level - M2 **Responsibilities:** People management: - Upholds and measures performance on organizational best practices and high quality outcomes - Employee growth and development - Administrative and operational oversight of Adoption Consultants Organizational Development & Outcomes: - Supports onboarding program and employee education initiatives - Contributes to Adoption Consulting best practices and manage engagement processes and tools - Develops and contributes to team initiatives and policies - Partners with SAA leadership and operations team on short-term and long-term goals - Meets financial plan, associate utilization targets, and budgets - Remains a student of the industry and company trends - Follows, partners, and develops based on product advancement and direction - Communicates with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization - Assists and leads employee experience initiatives - Supports Adoption Consulting customer work Partner Program - Manages third-party program including operations, financials, onboarding, staffing, process development, and relationship management - Partners with Adoption Managers on successful delivery leveraging third party partners Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance (US Citizen) **Responsibilities** Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Typically manages individual contributors. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
