Driver Driven Transportation is partnering with CDL A OTR Owner Operators in the Upper Midwest & Along I 35. Drivers will be hauling out & back from MN, in the lower 48 states. Compensation

• Annual gross pay range: $182,000 - $244,000
  • Paid practical miles using PC Miler, all miles paid
  • Average weekly miles: 2,500
  • Same day settlements paid electronically after each round is completed
• Additional pay: $100 for each additional drop & pickup
• Bonuses: 
  • Safety & mileage bonus: 5 CPM in bonuses that pay quarterly and annually
  • $5,000 Referral bonus: paid in monthly increments over 1 year

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Choose your home time, most drivers are home every 2-3 weeks
• Route: OTR 48 states

Equipment

• Must have your own truck
  • No truck year requirement
  • Must be Motive ELD compatible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience 
• No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Drivers preferred in Southeast Minnesota, along I-90 & I-94 in Wisconsin, Northeastern Iowa, Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, and along I-35 from Minneapolis, MN to Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
