✅ ​Eligibility Criteria:

• Enrolled at Southeast Health College of Nursing and Health Sciences in nursing prerequisites or active enrollment in nursing program
• Completion of this application and submission of a resume, letter of recommendation, and unofficial transcript (if applicable).

🏥 Work & Commitment Requirements:

• Must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) in a Patient Care Associate, Patient Care Tech, Nurse Tech, or similar clinical role within the hospital
• Must sign a contract agreeing to work 1-3 years at a Mercy Hospital Southeast after graduation. (Commitment length depends on the amount of financial support received.)

*External candidates must also have applied to a Patient Care Associate, Patient Care Tech, Nurse Tech, or similar clinical role and be actively interviewing and/or onboarding. Win From Within contracts are only available to Mercy caregivers. Candidates are welcome to apply to both a caregiver role and this WFW opportunity at the same time, but contracts will not be available until after your start date. To qualify for EdAssist funding for the Spring 2027 semester, hire dates should ideally be prior to December 7, 2026.
