A patient-centered dental group is adding a General Dentist who cares about quality treatment and patient education.

You'll have full clinical independence while a dedicated support team handles the business side of the practice, including clinical development, marketing, IT, HR, operations, compliance, and accounting and finance. You'll also have room to grow your career and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and deliver appropriate treatment while holding to the highest standards of patient care
• Educate patients and their families on good oral health habits and set goals that support both their dental and overall health
• Create a warm, comfortable environment that puts patients at ease and keeps them coming back
• Work closely with the whole team to build a collaborative office culture

What You'll Need

• DDS or DMD
• Current state dental license and certifications (or willingness to obtain them), with no adverse actions

Compensation

• $1,200 – $1,400 per day
