DISHWASHER

Maintain lodge and kitchen to ensure optimal conditions for guests, employees and food safety.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

o   Wash dishes according to sanitation procedures.

o   Collect and wash trays.

o   Empty garbage and recycling from inside and outside lodge.

o   Sweep lodge and bathrooms of major debris.

o   Maintain toilet paper and paper towels in restrooms.

o   Restock condiment table.

o   Uphold bag policy.

o   Fulfill other duties as assigned.
