Job Description

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN Physician for a full-time, permanent, employed opportunity in western New York’s Chautauqua County, near Lakewood. Join a community hospital program with modern facilities and a collaborative team. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Work with six OB/GYN physicians, six advanced practice providers, and two dedicated laborists. Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal care, deliveries, and OB call, with an integrated midwife program supporting physician collaboration.

The program offers dedicated operating room block time, access to a da Vinci robot for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, and a dedicated OR suite on Labor & Delivery. Approximately 700 births annually provide steady clinical volume. A first-call system with a designated backup provider supports balanced coverage.

The listed annual compensation range is $390,000–$406,666, with productivity incentives and a $50,000 sign-on bonus. CME support, relocation assistance, employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance, comprehensive benefits, and PSLF-eligible nonprofit employment complement the region’s lakeside lifestyle.
