Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of MRI exams according to department procedures, utilizing independent judgment and initiative.
- Prepare equipment, set up coils, and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Safely operate MRI equipment and tailor imaging parameters to individual patient needs.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and age-appropriate care throughout the imaging procedure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and ensure proper image labeling and transfer to the radiology information system.
- Collaborate with the radiology team to support departmental needs and deliver timely imaging services.
