Schedule Available

Part-Time Days

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Weekend Warrior Program

• Work every weekend and earn an additional $4.00 per hour
• Consistent schedule with extra earning potential

What You'll Be Responsible For

In this role, you will help residents maintain their independence while providing support whenever needed.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs
• Providing medication assistance according to community procedures
• Supporting residents during meals and activities
• Helping maintain a clean, comfortable living environment
• Observing changes in resident condition and communicating concerns
• Encouraging social engagement and meaningful interactions

What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and enjoy working with seniors.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, home care, or healthcare
• High school diploma or GED
• CNA certification welcomed, but not required
• Medication Aide/Medication Technician experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay Enhancements

In addition to competitive base pay, team members may qualify for:

• Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
• Overnight Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$1.00/hour
• Pick-Up Shift Bonuses
• Quarterly Attendance Incentives
