Nurse Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled services provided by New Dimensions Home Care Agency
• Participate in policy decisions affecting patient care services
• Collaborate with administrative staff and other department personnel in planning services for clients
• Supervise and develop comprehensive training for RN Case Managers
• Assist in facilitating weekly multidisciplinary meetings
• Provide leadership and support for nursing staff
• Manage day to day operations of Case Managers and other nursing staff

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year in nursing leadership or management preferred
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have valid auto insurance
