SharePoint Management Specialist

Description:

DarkStar Intelligence seeks a SharePoint Management Specialist to design, build, secure, and administer SharePoint portals for a Marine Corps program office. The selected candidate will develop Power Automate workflows, manage permissions, provide Tier 1 support, design information architecture and metadata taxonomy, maintain Microsoft Teams sites, and produce RIO database reporting.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities

• Perform SharePoint maintenance, development, and training on the existing program site.
• Design, build, maintain, and secure SharePoint portals; develop custom workflows; manage user permissions.
• Provide Tier 1 (service desk) support for access and permission issues; escalate complex issues.
• Develop and manage site collection hierarchy, lists, libraries, and data structures; deliver graphic design aligned to Marine Corps style guides within MCEN constraints.
• Conduct legacy data audits; recommend information architecture and a metadata taxonomy; create customized search capabilities.
• Maintain portfolio Microsoft Teams sites; develop document routing processes and templates; support deliverables management and RIO database reporting.

Requirements:

• Secret Clearance
• 8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Key Skills, Systems, and Tools: Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online admin and development; Power Automate workflows; permissions; Tier 1 support; JavaScript/HTML/jQuery; information architecture and metadata taxonomy; Microsoft Teams; RIO database reporting
