Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years experience and ARRT-R certification required to float among five area hospitals.
Details
- Night shift, 4x10 hours, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Floating required among five hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL)
- Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
- Will need to rotate between Voorhees and Marlton locations
- GE imaging equipment used
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- ARRT-R certification required
- BLS certification required
- NJ X-ray license required, if applicable
- ACLS and ARRT CT certifications preferred
- Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and region of interest measurement preferred
- Experience with abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies
- Experience with vascular CTA and cardiac CT (calcium scoring, coronary angiography) preferred
- Skilled in preparation and administration of contrast media
- Peripheral IV starts and venipuncture skills preferred
- Experience in Level I and/or Level II Trauma Center settings preferred
- Adult outpatient and acute care setting experience preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered though not preferred
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the assigned facility are subject to the local pay rate
- RTO must be submitted at time of profile submission; requests after submission will not be accepted
- No RTO permitted during the first week of the assignment
- Block scheduling is not permitted
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions
- Must be clean shaven for fit testing prior to working on the unit
- Pre-employment labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing
