  • Carry out sanitation tasks to maintain a hygienic production and stockroom environment.
  • Follow inventory and material handling procedures to support production, packaging, and warehouse activities.
  • Work collaboratively with production, packaging, and warehouse teams, including shipping and receiving, to meet operational goals.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including the proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Why Work Here?

You join a safety-focused organization that emphasizes a supportive, family-style culture where people treat each other with respect and work well together. The role offers a temp-to-perm path, giving you the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities over time. As the company continues to invest in capital projects and add new production lines, you gain access to future advancement opportunities, including potential leadership and supervisory roles, in a growing and stable environment.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a manufacturing facility that produces dog food, so strong odors will be present throughout the shift. You will work both in the production and stockroom areas, including inside truck containers, where conditions can be very hot or very cold depending on the outside temperature. The environment follows strict safety and hygiene standards, and you must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hair net, ear plugs, and safety shoes. A uniform is required; jeans or durable work pants such as dickie-style pants are acceptable, and tight-fitting clothing such as yoga pants is not permitted. Uniforms will be provided over time. The dress code prohibits all jewelry, fake eyelashes, fake nails, and nail polish; if nail polish is not removed, gloves must be worn at all times. The facility operates under defined health and safety guidelines, and you are expected to comply fully with all posted rules and procedures.
