Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

In this role, you will be supported by your team to grow into a Production Operator and Senior Production Operator, directly impacting the quality of the products and helping to improve real lives. You will be responsible for manually dividing products into bags by hand scooping raw materials, reading and filling out batch records, weighing materials on a scale, and boxing them. The product you will work with is a powder used in baby food, ensuring it is not harmful.

Responsibilities

• Manually divide products into bags by hand scooping raw materials.
• Read and follow written operating instructions.
• Fill out and maintain batch records accurately.
• Weigh materials on a scale and box them.
• Communicate manufacturing process status to the Shift Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Perform inspections and cleaning of equipment to ensure product quality.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hackettstown, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Company will automatically enroll you in the plan at 4% of pay which will be deducted and contributed toward the plan unless you decline or make another election. You will receive a welcome package from the 401(k) vendor soon after joining company. Your pay and contributions are subject to plan and IRS limits as outlined in the Summary Plan Description. Your Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues on a pay period basis, with a maximum of 18 days per year, for the first five years of employment. Thereafter, your accrual rate increases based on your service in accordance with the PTO policy. Please see attached policy document for further details.
