• Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join a busy manufacturing facility in Milton, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components used in container production. Successful candidates will have welding experience, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.

Job Duties

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of fabricated metal components
• Assemble and weld container sections, frames, doors, floors, and other structural parts
• Read work instructions and follow production specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and durability standards are met
• Use hand and power tools to assist with fabrication and assembly tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet production deadlines
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and welding instructions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
